Excellent Luck with finding a name.
I have a greek professor and her name is Eleni (pronouned uh–len-ee) she has a daughter named Evanthea and I reckon both of those names are gorgeous.
Try the below sources … they have some excellent sublinks … from baby names.
My sister’s name Meghan (or Megan) is Welsh. Some Irish/English names you might like are Caitlin, Fiona, Elizabeth, Erin, Isabel, Brianna, Victoria, Caitriona….. There are so many, hope you find the perfect one
I like Lorelai. I want to name my next baby that if its a girl.

Plenty of lovely options along those lines! Our own list was composed mostly of names of exactly that sort, plus a few undying classics (regardless of origin).
I’m certain you’ll soon find one that’s just perfect.
Did you want only Irish and Welsh, by the way, or is general Celtic equally desired? To use a male example, Iain/Ian is technically the Scottish form of John, but still not an unusual choice for an Irish or Welsh child. In other words, many, such as Fiona, are honestly interchangeable, despite specific origin (or have more than one accepted meaning/origin).
Here are a few of my favorites.

I built-in a few from Greek or Irish/Celtic mythology as well.
You can find the meanings of many of those here. http://www.behindthename.com/
This site is also a fantastic store for more Irish names (perfect with background and audible pronunciations, if needed). http://www.babynamesofireland.com/
Hope that helps!
